Global Jobs Finder is a job posting platform owned and operated by Elation Immigration Services (OPC) Private Limited. Our mission is to provide a platform where job seekers and employers can connect globally. However, we want to clarify our policies regarding cancellations and refunds, as well as our position as a service provider.

1. Introduction

1.1 Global Jobs Finder is solely a job posting platform that allows employers to post job vacancies and candidates to apply for job opportunities.
1.2 We are not a recruitment agency. We do not act as intermediaries to secure employment for job seekers.
1.3 We do not guarantee any job placement, either in India or internationally. We provide only a platform for job postings and applications.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 Our services include:

  • Job postings by employers.
  • Applications by job seekers.
  • Access to career resources and related information.

2.2 We do not:

  • Conduct recruitment on behalf of employers.
  • Act as employment agents or consultants.
  • Ensure job seekers’ selection for any position.

2.3 Our responsibility ends with providing a platform for job listings and applications.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Users (Job Seekers and Employers)

3.1.1 Job Seekers:

  • If a job seeker has subscribed to a paid service (e.g., resume visibility or premium job alerts) and wishes to cancel, the cancellation request must be submitted via email to our customer support team.
  • Cancellation requests will only be considered if received within 48 hours of service activation.

3.1.2 Employers:

  • Employers can cancel a job posting or subscription by contacting customer support.
  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of the posting or subscription activation.

3.2 Cancellation by Global Jobs Finder

3.2.1 We reserve the right to cancel any service or subscription if:

  • The user violates our terms of service.
  • Fraudulent activity is detected.
  • The content of job postings or applications is found to be misleading, inappropriate, or in violation of any laws.

3.2.2 Users whose services are canceled due to policy violations will not be eligible for refunds.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 General Conditions for Refunds

4.1.1 Refunds are only available for eligible cancellation requests made within the specified timeframe.
4.1.2 Refunds will be processed after a thorough review of the cancellation request and related circumstances.

4.2 Refund Policy for Job Seekers

4.2.1 Paid services such as resume visibility, job alerts, or career consultations are non-refundable if fully or partially utilized.
4.2.2 If a technical error or service failure occurs, users can request a refund by providing evidence of the issue.

4.3 Refund Policy for Employers

4.3.1 Employers may request a refund for unused job postings or subscriptions canceled within the eligible timeframe.
4.3.2 No refunds will be issued for partially or fully used services.

4.4 Processing of Refunds

4.4.1 Refund requests must be submitted via email to our customer support team with relevant details.
4.4.2 Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.
4.4.3 Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

5. No Job Guarantee Clause

5.1 Global Jobs Finder explicitly states that we do not guarantee job placement for any job seeker.
5.2 We are not responsible for the selection process, hiring decisions, or any outcomes related to job applications.
5.3 Employers listed on our platform are solely responsible for their recruitment processes.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Global Jobs Finder will not be liable for:

  • Job seekers failing to secure employment.
  • Employers not receiving suitable candidates.
  • Misrepresentation or false claims by users.

6.2 Our platform functions as a facilitator and is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of job listings or candidate profiles.

7. Fair Usage Policy

7.1 All users must comply with our terms of service and use the platform for lawful purposes.
7.2 We reserve the right to terminate accounts or services that engage in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities.
