Key Responsibilites:

Sales Data Analytics and Reporting:
Collect and analyse sales data to identify trends, patterns. and growth opportunities.  Maintain performance reports, dashboards, and forecasts to prvoide actionable insights for the Management.

Sales Strategy and Process Optimisation:
Collaborate with the team to set targets, develop strategies, and optimise sales processes.  Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and identify potential opportunities or threats.

Social Media and Engagement:
Create targeted content for potential customers, manage campaigns across platforms, track performance, and refine strategies to maximise engagement.

Business Development and Market Resarch:
Identify new business opportunities, present findings to the Management, and execute campaigns to drive customer acquisition and growth.

Other Ad-hoc duties

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.  A Master Degree is preferred.
Proven experience as a Sales Data Analyst or similar role in a sales-driven organisation.
Proficiency in using tolls such as Excel, Sage, Python and Power BI software.
Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner desirable.
Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes and strategies.
