Job purpose
The project manager will be responsible for the internal development of commercial and governmental projects,
including developing complex systems, assembling modular satellites, and developing new concepts in the space
domain.
Duties and responsibilities
● Supporting the project scope definition, objectives, and deliverables
● Develop, implement and manage a detailed project plan, including budget timelines, milestones, and
resource requirements (including technical)
● Select and assign roles and responsibilities to the team
● Setting up work breakdown structures and work packages
● Procurement of components and services for the project
● Managing logistics and administration of inventory
● Risk assessment and mitigation plan development, as well as its implementation
● Produce and maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and
meeting minutes
● Facilitate internal team communication and communication with the stakeholders
● Stakeholder management, including contractors, suppliers and customers.
● Participation in solving interdisciplinary challenges and conflict management
● Establish, implement and monitor project success criteria
● Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet standards

Qualifications
● MSc in Aerospace engineering or Electrical & Electronics engineering with management experience or MBA
with experience in the space industry
● At least 5 years of experience in project management
● 3 years of experience in managing space systems
● Experience in drafting project proposals
● Experience with management tools (Gantt, flowcharts and databases)
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Fluent in English, knowledge of another language is an advantage
Working conditions
● Relocation to Belval, Luxembourg
● Start date: Q1 2024
● Must have a European work permit or EU citizenship

• Doctorat (Optionnel)

• experience of management experience: 3 ans (Requis)
