For our Private Wealth Operations Team we are looking for a Partner & Client Services Officer for our Portugal/Spain markets.

Your Role

As Partner & Client Services Officer your role is to take care of all inquiries in relation to the life insurance policy lifecycle which include the onboarding of new business.

You act as a first point of contact for our Sales (Including Client Development Team), Partners and Clients.

While the transactional and relationship aspects are key in this role, AML and Compliance also play an important part in our international business.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting or finance or equivalent experience

Experience in banking and insurance sector is mandatory

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in Portuguese/Spanish – mother tongue level and business fluency in English. Any other European language is an asset

Highly accurate, organized, reliable and client-oriented

Dynamic, flexible, autonomous and with team-playing ability
