Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
– 5+ years of experience, preferably in water and wastewater industries.
– Strong knowledge of Safety, Health & Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013.
– Experience in MEICA engineering (mechanical installation, control panels, commissioning).
– Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering.
– Proficient in MS Project and other MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
– Full driving license required.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
– Manage multiple projects, ensuring safety, sustainability, and client satisfaction.
– Lead the construction team and coordinate with stakeholders and other disciplines.
– Conduct health and safety inspections, toolbox talks, and meetings.
– Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure on-time procurement and payments.
– Mentor and train team members, contribute to resource management and recruitment.
– Provide feedback to improve project delivery processes and stay updated on industry standards
