Full Time Position for Chef de Parti specializing in Indian and Nepali curries, tandoori.
39 Hours per week for €34,000 per annum.
Preferably Nepali-speaking for ease of communication in the kitchen.
Skills required:
HACCP Trained
Indian and Nepali Cuisines
Tandoor use
Food preparation to a high standard.
Following instructions of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
