Be a part of our team where you will:
Support the Proposal Management & Client Service team in the following tasks:
Ensure the engagement cycle is correctly inputted and maintained in Salesforce;
Update and ensure quality of client and assignment data in the Academy’s learning management system;
Support in the issuance of contractual documentation and the update of the related templates.
Collect, scan and store participants listings and satisfaction surveys;
Welcome participants to on-premise training courses;
Update www.lifelonglearning.lu on forthcoming open courses.
Support the Finance & Compliance manager in the following tasks:
Create and roll-forward chargeable and non-chargeable engagement codes;
Collect support documentation, perform checks and monitor progress in relation to the Academy’s compliance, engagement independence and risk management processes;
Follow-up requests related to contractual documentation in close coordination with the Document Management Team;
Support the Academy’s processes documentation.
Also:
Act as collection point for the Academy team (time sheet management; documentary maintenance on the internal platform);
Provide on-demand support in the issuance of business-related statistics and material.
