For our client in the aerospace industry, we are looking for motivated candidates for the following position in Hamburg-Finkenwerder Germany with immediate effect:

BMS/QMS Spezialist (d/m/w) Ref. 10305632

job description:

– Support the Process Management Team(s) in defining and improving the process and its key elements, based on operational feedback
– Contribute to the Process Management Teams (PMT) by actively participating in the meetings and by secure KPI availability
– Lead and coordinate process deployment in their Operational Area and different programs incl. all necessary activities
– Collect and analyze Process Issues and Best Practices coming from process operators in the Operational Area and if needed escalate them at PMT level for decision
– Provide local inputs for Risk identification, Risk mitigation Plan, Process Performance measurements, resource model and process referential documentation
– Provide feedbacks and change requests to PMT to support continuous improvements
– Leading of small projects Support the creation of Process
– Support Documents for different Processes and manage the publication phase

personal requirements:

– Experience dealing and negotiating with various stakeholders across all hierarchical levels
– Ability to step back and view the the subject from a broad perspective
– Ability to understand the key constraints and to quickly spot critical process issues and areas for improvement
– Experience at driving people-focused change management initiatives and excellent communication skills
– Willingness to travel on business

education / studies:

– Industrial engineering, at least a bachelor’s degree or
– Business administration, at least a bachelor’s degree or
– Economics, at least a bachelor’s degree

professional experience:

– Prozessplanung mind. über 3 Jahre
– Prozessverbesserung mind. über 3 Jahre
– Qualitätsmanagement mind. über 3 Jahre

IT:
