Description:
The Administrative Support Department provides a professional, efficient, and effective administrative support service to NBL stakeholders requiring assistance. The team supports the business related functions in relation to its member agencies, vendors, contracted personnel and support the internal functions of each of the departments, to establish, maintain, and foster a productive work environment.
In order to support our team, we are looking for a Manager on a permanent contract.
Your main tasks will be to:
Facilities and building management (physical security, office maintenance, designing of new office space, parking and vending areas)
Supervision and maintenance of technical plants (testing of critical components, organizing of repairs, coordination works with dedicated building technicians)
Small office stationery supplies stocks at ASD and copy rooms
Liaison with Property Managers and other tenants (security companies, ITM…)
Protection and prevention of professional risks
Certified dedicated worker (travailleur désigné) or willing to follow the dedicated worker training
Management of the team in place
Job requirements:
Studies in HVAC or Electrics are of an advantage
Prior experience in a similar function
Significant management team building and people management skills
Good communication & management skills – management experience
Independent view and attitude
Proactive and team spirit attitude
Fluency in English and French
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
High professional approach and quality minded
