Duties will include accounts and customer liaison. The position is a remote working from home position, so a fast internet is required.

Knowledge of an accounts software would be necessary, with a preference for experience in Surf Accounts.  Customers accounts are managed on a monthly basis, with follow-up statements to maintain prompt payment receipts.

The customer liaison would include the following; 1) Managing Customer Information on our internal database, 2) To assist in on-boarding new clients to use our software, 3) Maintaining yearly contracts, 4) Updating our internal Work Task Database, 5) Updating Websites

Knowledge of Excel formulas is necessary, website management a preference and knowledge of Microsoft SQL an advantage.
