Primary Purpose of the Position
• Leads administrative tasks for supported department leaders.
• Organize events/customer meetings.
• Supports the Quality Management System
• Supports GICL general tasks as part of the GICL assistant pool.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Leads administrative tasks for the department including:
 Organization of meetings and support of travel.
 Support and follow-on on procurement items related to operations.
 Maintain department information such as distribution lists, accesses and ability information including sensitive/confidential information.
 Tracking of relevant KPIs
• Organize events/customer meetings.
• Maintain and update documents as part of the Quality Management System including org structure documents, training plan templates, and work instructions.
• Support GICL general tasks as part of the GICL assistant pool.
To join our team you, will need:
Education
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• An associate degree or vocational certification in general business and communications is advantageous.
Experience
• 2-5 years secretarial experience is required.
• Tire industry experience is advantageous.
Knowledge and Skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook/Teams.
• Fluency in English must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Knowledge of French/German are assets.
• Have excellent interpersonal & organizational skills & multi-tasking abilities.
