About The Role
• You will be in charge of Alternative Operations in Luxembourg and complex consolidated structures with respect to the Accounting Principles (LUX GAAP, IFRS).
• Deliver clear, accurate consolidated figures and support to our clients
• Ensure an efficient operational service to clients, with a proper following of rules and processes, is provided by the Consolidation Accountants
• Review and validate the consolidations performed by Consolidation Accountants and Senior Consolidation Accountants
• Ensure proper resolution of issues
• Develop dedicated expertise in various matters, such a Merger, DE-merger, consolidation methodologies and conduct training to the consolidations accountants in such matters
• Support co-sourced financial activities
• Ensure up to date documentation and application of processes and controls
• Assist in the integration of new team members
About You
• At least 5 years of successful experience in Accounting and Consolidation of Funds, regulated by the Luxembourgish Law
• Solid experience in the preparation of Financial Statements under Lux GAAP and IFRS
• Experience in Audit will be considered as a plus
