My client, a prestigious bank, is looking for a talented and experienced Relationship Manager F/M to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with corporate institutions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and achieving business growth.

Job Description:
As a Relationship Manager F/M – Treasury & Cash Management, you will be at the forefront of building and maintaining strong relationships with the corporate clients.
Your role will involve understanding their financial needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs, and providing customized banking solutions.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector to expand the client base and increase revenue.
Financial Advisory: Offer expert advice on a range of financial products and services, including loans, credit facilities, and treasury services.
Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and client requests are handled promptly.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management within the banking sector, preferably with corporate clients in relation with treasury & cash management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of corporate banking products and services, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Language: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
